Our editorial team would be happy to hear from you. Below is an overview for paid and unpaid submissions.
Paid Submissions
MetaStellar Magazine has two cycles for paid submissions each year, where we pay 8 cents a word for flash fiction. The spring cycle runs from March 1 to March 31. The fall cycle runs from October 1 to October 31. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for submissions outside these two cycles.

Year-round Submissions
MetaStellar editors welcome unpaid submissions and pitches all year round — in the form of reviews, essays, excerpts, and reprints — and typically respond in a week.
If your piece is accepted for publication, we will send you a contract giving us non-exclusive rights to edit and publish it, edits subject to your approval.
