Dragon Con, the massive multimedia convention held annually in Atlanta, Georgia, has announced this year’s slate of finalists for its annual Dragon Awards.
The awards are a fan-driven affair: anyone can sign up to nominate and participate, regardless of whether or not they’re attending the convention.
The awards have been presented each year at Dragon Con since 2016. Where other literary awards work off of a calendar year of releases, books, comics, films, games, and TV shows released between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022 are eligible for this year’s Dragon Awards. Nominations were accepted until the middle of July of this year.
To vote in the awards, you’ll need to sign up with your name and email over on the convention’s awards site. Ballots are handled via SurveyMonkey, and after signing up, the convention says they’ll send out new batches of nominees twice a week.
The Dragon Awards winners will be announced on September 5, 2022, at Dragon Con in Atlanta, Georgia.
